soundcore Space One Pro Over-Ear ANC Headphones (Jet Black, A3062Z11) review

U.S. Jet Black A3062Z11 over-ear ANC configuration with Bluetooth multipoint, a model-rated up-to-40-hour ANC-on maximum, a separate 3.5 mm wired mode with ANC controls, and a folding design. LDAC cannot be used with two connected devices; wired runtime and passive power-off playback are not confirmed.

A useful fit for

A documented fit on paper for a commuter or desk listener who wants over-ear ANC, a foldable form, two-device Bluetooth switching on a non-LDAC route, and a distinct 3.5 mm wired option with ANC controls. Its 40-hour figure is the maker's ANC-on maximum under stated iPhone/50%-volume test conditions.

The main tradeoff

LDAC cannot coexist with two simultaneous device connections and is described as reducing runtime. Multipoint has a last-source-wins switching behavior rather than mixing and may be interrupted by notifications. Wired ANC has no published runtime; power-off passive playback, AUX-cable inclusion and digital USB-C audio are not confirmed. Soundcore says the model has no waterproof or sweatproof attributes.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can I keep a phone and laptop connected while using ANC?

Soundcore documents two simultaneous Bluetooth connections and ANC for Space One Pro. Its support notes that playback switches to the device that starts last rather than mixing streams; LDAC is unavailable with two connected devices, and no separate multipoint runtime test is published.

Does its ANC-on rating reach a 40-hour minimum?

The manufacturer lists up to 40 hours with ANC on, tested with specific music at 50% volume on an iPhone. It meets a 40-hour manufacturer-rated minimum, not a 41-hour one; app features, codec and use can lower actual playback.

Can ANC remain available over a 3.5 mm cable?

The A3062 guide says the wired mode can switch ANC or Transparency through the NC button. It gives no separate wired runtime, cable-in-box confirmation or powered-off passive-playback confirmation.

Assessment scope: This is a source-based review of the U.S. Jet Black soundcore Space One Pro, model A3062, selected variant A3062Z11. It is not a hands-on report, fit test, battery test or independent noise-cancellation measurement. I reviewed the U.S. product listing, the A3062 English user guide and soundcore's model-specific support answers. The Cream White A3062Z21 finish is recorded separately as a color variant; this article's image shows Jet Black.

A folding commuter headphone, with trade-offs to verify

Soundcore positions the Space One Pro around its FlexiCurve folding structure. The product page says that the folded design reduces its size by 50%; its description explains the segmented headband and rotating earcups. That makes the folding mechanism the model's clearest travel-specific distinction on paper. It does not establish how small the headphones feel in a particular bag or how the joints will hold up after years of use. The manufacturer describes a five-segment headband and three joints, but its durability language is not an independent stress test.

The U.S. page lists a weight of 286.2 g and triple-composite diaphragm drivers. Those are useful comparison facts, not predictions of sound quality or comfort. Ear-pad pressure, heat, glasses, hair and head shape affect a real seal. The support FAQ also says this model has no waterproof or sweatproof attributes because of its port construction. It is therefore a poor choice to treat as a rain- or workout-ready pair without checking a different model's actual protection rating.

Adjustable ANC is documented; its effect is not measured here

The A3062 guide describes an NC button for switching among noise cancellation and Transparency, with adaptive and manually customized noise-cancelling settings available through the soundcore app. The same guidance describes separate controls for the amount of Transparency. This gives an owner more than one listening mode to configure, but the controls do not show how much aircraft rumble, voices or other sound any particular wearer will hear. Fit and seal still matter, and no comparative attenuation result is claimed in this review.

Read the 40-hour figure as a maker's test ceiling

Soundcore specifies up to 40 hours of playback with ANC on and 60 hours in normal mode with ANC off. Its FAQ describes the battery test as specific music at 50% volume on an iPhone; it also warns that features such as Dolby, Adaptive ANC and EQ can shorten playback. The user guide says LDAC increases power consumption and reduces playtime. Those are manufacturer conditions and qualifications, not a forecast for a flight, an aged battery or every phone-and-headphone setup.

For the finder, 40 hours is the listed ANC-on maximum: a 40-hour minimum reaches that published boundary, while a 41-hour requirement is beyond it. Do not substitute the 60-hour ANC-off number. Soundcore's five-minute charge claim is eight hours of playback in normal mode, so it should not be presented as an eight-hour ANC-on top-up. If ANC runtime is the deciding feature, leave charging margin and compare only the actual ANC-on rating.

Multipoint is for switching, not mixing

The guide supports two simultaneous Bluetooth connections and explains how to add the second device. Soundcore's support answer says that Space One Pro behaves differently from the original Space One: when two sources are connected, the device that starts playback last takes the audio channel and pauses the other. That is useful for a phone-and-laptop handoff, but it is not two streams mixed together. The FAQ also warns that notifications can override playback and that the app can only be accessed on one connected device at a time.

Bluetooth 5.3 and SBC, AAC and LDAC are listed. LDAC is the important exception: the manual says LDAC cannot be used while two devices are connected, and that LDAC and Dolby Audio are mutually exclusive. A listener who values multipoint should plan on a compatible non-LDAC route; a listener prioritizing LDAC should expect a single-device setup and lower runtime than the headline test. Soundcore does not publish a separate runtime test with multipoint enabled, so the 40-hour figure is not a guarantee for that combined usage.

The 3.5 mm route is wired ANC, not a confirmed passive fallback

The model has a 3.5 mm input. The user guide says plugging in an AUX cable automatically turns Bluetooth off, and that the NC button can still switch ANC or Transparency during wired listening. That is meaningful for a source with an analog headphone output, but soundcore gives no separate ANC-on cable runtime. The consulted manual does not say whether audio continues when the headphones are powered off or depleted, so battery-free passive playback remains unconfirmed rather than a promised feature.

The manual calls the USB-C charging lead provided, but the product and support pages I checked do not establish whether an AUX cable is included in every U.S. retail package. Check the exact seller's box contents, cable type and return terms before relying on an in-box analog cord. The USB-C port is documented for charging; I found no model-specific confirmation that it is a digital USB audio input.

Who should keep it on a shortlist

The Space One Pro is a plausible paper fit for someone who wants a collapsible over-ear ANC design, two-device Bluetooth switching, a maker-rated 40-hour ANC-on maximum and a separate analog input with ANC controls. Its strongest trade-offs are equally specific: LDAC and multipoint do not coexist, wired ANC has no published runtime, and passive powered-off cable use and AUX-cable inclusion are unresolved in the sources reviewed. Its published weight and design claims cannot settle comfort or noise reduction for an individual.

Before buying, match the listing to Jet Black A3062Z11, confirm the exact color and package, check the source's 3.5 mm compatibility, and decide whether you can give up LDAC for multipoint. If a long ANC-on trip matters, compare the 40-hour maximum with your own charging plan and allow a margin. No price, present stock, customer-review summary, independent test result or personal ownership claim is made here.
